Black Coffee

I don’t recall when exactly this happened, but I started to like black coffee, adding no sugar & cream, like never before.

Had an interview this morning, and the hiring manager asked whether I’d like some coffee, I said yeah, and got myself black coffee with no sugar. Manager asked, don’t you like some sweetener? I said no I’m fine without it. We walked out the lounge and I still remember the slight moment of silence after that.

Black coffee is quite nice, because it tells you an honest truth.

I can’t say it tastes good, but I like the fact that it tastes real and pure. It reminds me of the life I live in – a real life that tastes bitter when you stay pure. But I have to say, I like it that way. 🙂
